From locations north of Washington, PA, take I79 south to I70. Take I70 west to the first exit, Jefferson Ave. At end of exit ramp turn right and go to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Jefferson Ave. Take Jefferson Ave. to the first traffic light staying in the left lane. Continue due west onto Rt. 844. Continue on Route 844 for 8 miles. Turn left off of Route 844 onto Farrar School Road, go 1 mile and turn left at the Oak Hill Farm sign onto Old Trail Road. Oak Hill Farm is the 3d and last farmstead on Old Trail.
